She’s driven by curiosity and has a deep comfort exploring off the beaten path to identify future directions. She’s able to synthesise what’s important, explain it in plain language and marshal change by using the energy of the current system.
She's deeply inspired by navigating areas that others won't touch. She's drawn to the edge - to challenges that haven't been solved yet, making complexity digestible, and creating change that sticks.
Her experience spans startups to corporates, government and social organisations. She holds Masters of Science, Strategic Foresight and a Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. A natural explorer and generative thinker, Fiona enjoys helping others take brave and effective steps to create value.
I brought Fiona into the Social Innovation team in the Australian Government because her unique combination of design insight and foresight gave us the capacity to navigate complexity and facilitate connections across the agenda. The team benefited from much more than that by having Fiona on board; her approachable manner, skilful engagement and quick humour saw her quickly become a trusted go-to person well beyond our team.
